Hotel Pricing

The rooms in the hotel block will still be priced around $225-235 per night, with only a one-night deposit required when making your reservation. This is a $30-40 discount per room, as the Gaylord has generously agreed to honor the cost of rooms that would have been charged at the Lancaster Marriott.

There will be an additional resort fee of $27 per night that includes:
• Resort-wide Internet Access
• 24-hour access to the fitness center
• Sunrise Yoga
• Access to the indoor junior Olympic-sized pool
• Transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus
• Two bottles of Aquafina water in-room
• Complimentary cookie or piece of fruit at Potomac District Café & Market
• Welcome cocktail for two people at Harbor Social
• Up to 20 black and white photocopies at FedEx

Parking at the Gaylord is $43 per night, but Once Upon a Con guests will receive a 20% discount.
Parking across the street from the Gaylord is $27 per night.
