What’s a Meetup?
A meetup is a staff or fan hosted event where a particular fandom “meets up” to take pictures and hang out together. For example, An ACOTAR meetup would be on the schedule that gives all of the ACOTAR cosplayers a time and place to go meet up and take pictures together.
What should I expect at a Meetup?
Each cosplay meetup will be lead by one of our Ambassadors who will make sure group shots, character shots, and lore shots are taken during your bookish cosplay meetup. Ambassadors are slowly being released on our social media accounts along with which meetup they will be hosting.
When/Where will the schedule for meetups be posted?
Below you will find a list of different fandom meetups that will be happening at Once Upon a Con. The official meetup schedule with the time they will be meeting will be posted alongside our entire live schedule in June of 2025. Schedule below is subject to change.
